U S Postal Service LIES

The Postal Service is lying about the way they do business.....The ST Paul Post Office is flying an acting supervisor to ST Paul every week, putting him up in a hotel, providing a car, paying per diem, and this guy does not know what he is doing.  The whole time there is someone in the office who knows the job but is not friends with the big shot in Minneapolis MN. Post Office needs money?  They can do this but then carry on about needing money.   Makes no sense......Canyoudougit?????
