Our kitchen faucet started to leak around the top, the cartridge started to leak. When I tried to take the handle off the post broke. I went on a hunt for the cartridge and rubber washer and a handle, but no one had one. We had the original booklet with the model number and a toll free number, I called them and told them what had broken. They got the information, my name and address and said they would send them right out...I said how much, they said NO CHARGE! We have had it for eleven years. If you buy a faucet, check on Pegasus.....WHAT A GREAT COMPANY.
They not only sent the parts I need but the whole business....WOW. I took it apart and replaced what I needed, kept the other parts.
