I just made a lemon meringue pie, got it into the shell, tasted the spoon...SOUR!! OMG I forgot the sugar! So to save the pie I sprinkled the pie with sugar and worked into the filling, it was still warm so it was easy to work in with out ruining the filling. When it sets up I'll know if it worked out. canyoudougit
